Ellsworth Palmer is a neurodivergent advocate, author, and systems thinker who spent over 30 years as a Federal IT and Systems Engineering leader, never knowing he had ADHD.
Diagnosed at 60, that moment in a parking lot changed everything. Not just for him, but for everyone he could now reach. He founded Remlap Publishing LLC to build the resources, tools, and gentle systems that neurodivergent people deserve, and rarely get.
Today he writes for adults navigating late diagnosis, women who have spent a lifetime masking, kids who need to know they are not the problem, and workplaces ready to stop losing their best neurodivergent talent.
His mission is simple: You should not have to spend 60 years figuring out how your own brain works.

"This book is has been an incredible resource for me as a woman diagnosed with ADHD later in life. It gently helps you shift your mindset and understand how ADHD influences your thoughts, emotions, and daily behaviors. I appreciated how practical and validating the strategies felt. They didn’t shame me, but instead encouraged growth and self-compassion. The sections on emotional regulation resonated deeply, as this is an area I’ve always struggled with, especially in high-pressure environments. I also found the insights on ADHD in the workplace extremely helpful and relatable. Overall, this book feels like a reassuring companion, reminding you that progress takes time and that living boldly and authentically with ADHD is possible.!"

AI apps are great at structure — breaking tasks down, sending reminders, helping you plan. We love that they exist. But Remlap Publishing exists for what comes after the app. The community that sees you. The author who lived it. The resources built specifically for the neurodivergent brain — not just for productivity, but for belonging. That's the human layer. And no app ships that.
